Daravin's shipping and delivery policy ensures peace of mind for customers when placing orders and allows easy tracking of shipments after purchase.

A successful order is one that is confirmed by a Daravin.vn consultant via phone call or SMS. Customers will also receive an order confirmation email.

1. Delivery Time & Shipping Fees

To offer fast and efficient delivery services, Daravin applies a minimum shipping fee based on the delivery area, product type (e.g., cam buckle straps, ratchet tie-downs, pallet netting), and order quantity.

Express Delivery Options:

a. 2–5 Hour Delivery

Applies to products labeled "GIAO NHANH 2-5H MIỄN PHÍ"

• Available for delivery addresses within inner Ho Chi Minh City

• Delivery available up to 8:00 PM in the following districts: District 1, District 3, District 5, District 10, and Phu Nhuan District

b. 24-Hour Delivery

Applies to products labeled "GIAO NHANH 24H"

• Available for nationwide delivery

Note:

If your order includes "pre-order products" (items not yet officially available in the market) or items waiting to be transferred from the supplier’s warehouse, the delivery time will start once all products are ready.

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days from confirmation by a Daravin consultant.

Specific delivery timelines will be communicated via confirmation call or SMS.

3. Packaging

Products are first wrapped in bubble wrap, placed inside carton boxes, and packed under CCTV supervision.
