2. Conditions for product return/refund

Applicable for orders paid via cash or direct bank transfer.

3. Additional requirements for product return:

• Must have the purchase invoice, warranty card, or proof of buyer information and phone number.

• Product box (if any) and unused accessories must be intact. The product must be undamaged, without scratches, dents, or deformities.

4. 30-day return policy

After 30 days, the return policy no longer applies. Instead, we will proceed with repair and warranty services.

Any other cases outside of this return/buy-back policy will be directly handled by the Purchasing Department at Daravin.vn.

We may offer a buy-back solution at a reasonable price and support customers in exchanging for a newer or equivalent product. The suggested formula is:

Buy-back price = Current selling price - (15~35%) x Current selling price

5. Conditions for return refusal:

• The product is no longer intact (dropped, broken, impacted, burnt, water damage, etc.) or does not meet the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.

• The product packaging is not intact (dented, torn, or dirty).

• Missing purchase invoice.

• Missing original accessories or parts inside the box, or accessories are not in original condition (scratched, broken, impacted, water damage, etc.)
